Orange City Halloween Block Party- Saturday, October 30, 2020, 5 pm to 8:30 pm
LOCATION: Mill Lake Park, 207 E Blue Springs Ave
EVENT PARKING: Volusia County Baptist Church, 261 S Orange Ave
* It’s a 5-10 minute walk (depending on your pace) to the trick-or-treating area. There will be plenty of signs pointing you in the right direction. Make sure to bring a stroller for small children. We will have golf carts to help those who need a lift. Of course you can park elsewhere, but the church has a large lot that can accommodate our trick-or-treaters.
This FREE event provides the opportunity for families to come enjoy a FUN-filled night that includes:

5:45 pm Kid Costume Contest (ages 6 and under)
6:15 pm Kid Costume Contest (ages 7 through 15)
6:45 Adult Costume Contest (ages 16 and up)
7:00 Movie in the Park: Casper
8:30 Kids Area closes
Vendor Registration: Setting up a table for this event is free and a great way to gain exposure, as this is one of our largest and highly attended events. The city provides tables for the first 50 registrants; all we ask is that you hand out treats to the trick-or-treaters. You may also hand out promotional items and information regarding your business. No sales are permitted. Trick-or-treating begins at 5 pm and ends at 8 pm.
