Applicants for internship opportunities need to be actively enrolled in high school, collegiate or university program of study, or technical education program or have graduated within the 2 years prior to the time of application. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full time basis and employer will not sponsor applicants with the following work visas: H1-B, F-1 and H-4**

 Any incorrect or false statements to any question(s) on your application, or in documents provided as support to your application, may be grounds for non-selection, or for termination after you begin employment. All statements are subject to investigation, including a check of your training and experience statements. All information you give will be considered in reviewing your application.

 All employees are expected to participate as assigned during the emergency in order to prepare and/or respond to the emergency situation. The general nature of these responsibilities will be based on the emergency roles or temporary emergency assignments assigned by the City of Orange City as needed. Assignments are likely to vary during the emergency and employees could be asked to work in areas or positions other than those to which they are normally assigned. This may require separation from family members for extended periods of time.

Refusal to work during such emergencies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Emergency response is a formal condition of employment with the City of Orange City.
